Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled event are subject to an 80% charge of the original amount due to the time and opportunities lost from other potential bookings. Additionally, our $200 non-refundable booking fee applies to all cancellations made prior to the two-week notice period. Any time already spent on event preparation, such as consultations, planning, or customizations, will also be factored into the refund assessment.

If inclement weather creates concerns, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed. Plus, if a weather-related reschedule is necessary, we’ll offer you 30% off your next booking as a thank-you for your understanding. Your experience is our priority, no matter the forecast!
